Electronic mail (e-mail) capability and the use of a single address for you to receive and send e-mail communications.
Non-commercial website (up to 5mb) on the CyberZone, Inc. server. One site with each unlimited account.
CyberZone, Inc. is dedicated to providing reliable high quality service to its Customers. We make no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the services we provide. We also disclaim any warranty for merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. CyberZone, Inc. will not be responsible for any damages you suffer. This includes loss of data resulting in delays, non-deliveries or service interruptions caused by its negligence or your errors or omissions. CyberZone, Inc. is set up on a best effort system. We are not liable for content of the Internet, Internet access, or downtime of Internet backbone providers used by this system.
Payment for service from CyberZone, Inc. is the customers’ responsibility. CyberZone, Inc. sends E-mail reminders only beginning 5 days time remaining but responsibility of payment is yours.
Any setup fee is non refundable by CyberZone, Inc.
No refunds on partial months or if you purchase the buy 11 get 1 free or any other special.

A service charge of $25.00 will be charged for checks issued to us for insufficient funds. You agree to pay all Sales and Use Taxes, Duties, or Levies which are required by applicable law.
You and any family members of your household are the only individuals who are authorized to access the service through your CyberZone, Inc. account.
You must not permit any other individual or entity to access the service through your account.
You must ensure that all authorized users of your account comply with all the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any and all Passwords used by you or members of your household to access the service.
CyberZone, Inc. will not give your password over the phone in the event that it is lost or forgotten.
Except for software provided by CyberZone, Inc., you are responsible for providing all computer equipment and software necessary to access the service.
You agree not to use the service or permit others to use the service through your account in any way which violates any international, federal, state or local law or regulation; that may subject CyberZone, Inc. to liability.
Sub or Family accounts can not log on at the same time. You will be warned and then suspended. If you need to log on at the same time you need two full unlimited accounts.
All wireless technology equipment is supplied by CyberZone, Inc. and remains the property of CyberZone, Inc. You may not alter, replace or repair our equipment. You must contact CyberZone, Inc. if you need the equipment moved, fixed or replaced.
Except for certain products and services specifically identified as being offered by CyberZone, Inc., neither CyberZone nor any of its affiliates controls any information, products, and services on the Internet.
Except for such CyberZone, Inc. – identified content, all merchandise, information and services offered, made available, or are accessible on the Internet are by third parties who are not affiliated with CyberZone or its affiliates. You Assume total responsibility and risk for use of the Service and the internet by you or authorized users on your account.
Neither CyberZone, Inc. nor its affiliates make any express or implied Warranties, representations or endorsements including, but not limited to, warranties of title, non-infringement or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose regarding any merchandise, information or service provided through any CyberZone, Inc. service or on the Internet generally.
Neither CyberZone, Inc. nor its affiliates shall be liable for any costs or damage arising directly or indirectly from any such transaction.
It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of all opinions advice, services and other information, and the quality and merchantability of all merchandise provided through the service or on the internet generally.
The internet contains unedited materials, some of which are sexually explicit or may be offensive to you or others accessing the service through your account.
You access such materials and permit others to access such materials through your account at your own risk. CyberZone, Inc. has no control over and accepts no responsibility for such materials.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Neither CyberZone, Inc. nor its affiliates warrants that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any information, software, or other material accessible on the service is free of viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful components.
No advice or information given by CyberZone, Inc., its affiliates, its contractors or their respective employees shall create a warranty.
Any new or returning customer who has had an account with CyberZone within the last 3 months of the date of new service will NOT be eligible for the referral program.
If a customer of CyberZone, allows their account to remain expired for 3 months, the account will be canceled and all CZ-Money Credits will be removed from the canceled account.
Any customer canceling their account will forfeit all CZ-Money Credits.
CZ-Money Credits have NO MONETARY VALUE and may NOT be redeemed for cash.
CZ-Money Credits will not be transferred to another customers account.
CyberZone, Inc. has no obligation to monitor the service.
CyberZone, Inc. may monitor the service and may disclose information regarding your use of the service for the following reason: to satisfy laws, regulations or governmental requests; to operate the service properly; to protect itself or its members.
In its sole discretion, CyberZone, Inc. reserves the right to remove or to post any information or materials, in whole or in part, which are unacceptable, undesirable or in violation of this agreement.
CyberZone, Inc. makes every effort to ensure that the confidentiality of your personal information is safeguarded.
You are responsible for all local and long distance telephone charges for Connection to the Service by you and by those who access the Service through your account.
The Classifieds service is for free use of registered CyberZone customers.
Classifieds posted by our customers may not contain any offensive material.
CyberZone will reserve the right to review and approve any ad before its publication within (1) business day after the ad has been submitted. Ads considered offensive or not suitable for the public will not be approved or published.
Every ad will be published for a maximum of four (4) weeks. During that period, customers will be able to edit, turn on or turn off every ad if needed.
The ad may be suspended or deleted if its content is modified and does not suit the requirement stated in (b).
The right to publish ads will be for free during an introductory period and may be changed in the future. Customers who are using the service will be notified before any changes are made.
This policy may be updated at any time and supercedes any and all policy statements issued prior to this policy.
